Order and shipping confirmation
After you have placed an order in our webshop, you will receive an order confirmation by email. After your order has been shipped by us, you will also receive an email containing the Track and Trace for the order. This allows you to track the order. Monitor this regularly. If the tracking status does not change, please contact us immediately.

Delivery time
The delivery time for all products that we have in stock in the Netherlands is 1 working day. During this peak period it may take a little longer. Take this into account and always keep an eye on your track and trace. All our furniture is unique and handmade. The delivery time for all these products is therefore between 2 to 4 weeks.

In which countries do we deliver?
We currently only deliver in the Benelux.

Postage costs
For all orders up to €40, the shipping costs are €4.95.
All orders over €40 are shipped FREE
    Return conditions
    90% of our customers indicate that they don't want anything else after receiving their Holtaz products. Of course, it may happen that you don't like it after all. You can then return the product to us within 14 days. The return costs are always borne by the customer. Think about the environment with us.

    Refunds
    After your return has arrived with us, we will check it. We ask you to handle the product with care. Products that are damaged, have stains or contain other defects will not be accepted for return. After approval of your return, we will refund the paid amount to your account within 3 working days.
